Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days in our El Paso facility. During peak seasons (typically before major equestrian events), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your dekens & toebehoren or scheermachines & benodigdheden are on their way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our stable to yours.

As a global equestrian supplier shipping to riders worldwide (excluding some regions), please note:

  • Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations
  • Delivery estimates don’t include potential customs clearance time
